I haven't had extra minutes in my days lately to sit down and post. I know that it's not a good thing to keep a blog empty for so long as people forget about you and eventually forget to check back in. Well, so be it! My family will ALWAYS come before sitting in front of the computer with my back turned to them. Hopefully, in the next couple of weeks, things will slow down and there will be more time to write. I really enjoy writing things down and, like exercise, I find it to be very cathartic.  The best feeling at the end of the day for me is knowing that the majority of things that HAVE to be done are done.
